Use CharFab responsibly
You may use CharFab for lawful, general-audience character design, fiction, roleplay, creative exploration, and conversation. You are responsible for your prompts, configured providers, generated output, and anything you share.
Prohibited sexual content
Do not use CharFab to create, request, store, distribute, or provide access to pornography, sexually explicit roleplay, sexual services, fetish content designed for sexual gratification, or AI-generated material serving the same purpose. Sexual content involving minors or persons presented as minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported where required by law.
Other prohibited activity
- Illegal activity, exploitation, trafficking, or instructions that facilitate serious harm.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized deepfakes, or impersonation intended to deceive or abuse.
- Threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, or content celebrating unlawful violence.
- Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, spam, fraud, or evasion of service safeguards.
- Infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Using the API or a connected model provider to bypass these restrictions.
Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts and remove content when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or when necessary to protect users, the service, financial partners, or the public. Enforcement decisions may consider context, severity, repetition, and applicable law.
Reporting
Report suspected abuse to support@charfab.com with enough information for us to locate and assess the issue. Do not send illegal content as an email attachment.
