Creator subscription
Creator provides external MCP access for USD 9 per month. It automatically renews monthly until canceled. There is no annual plan, and free access never automatically converts to a paid plan.
Third-party provider charges
Charges from an AI or speech provider connected with your own API key are billed by that provider, not CharFab. Requests concerning those charges must be directed to the provider under its refund policy.
Cancellation
Cancel future renewals through account billing management; your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. If billing management is unavailable, contact support@charfab.com for help.
First-payment refund
To request a refund, email support@charfab.com within seven calendar days of your first successful Creator subscription payment. Include the email associated with your CharFab account and your payment date; do not email full card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the arrival time depends on the payment network and your bank.
Later charges
Renewal payments and the unused portion of a current billing period are generally not refundable after the first-payment window. We will review duplicate or erroneous charges, and this policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
