No current charges
CharFab does not sell subscriptions, storage, API access, credits, or other paid services during the beta. No payment method is required, so there is currently no payment to refund or paid subscription to cancel.
Third-party provider charges
Charges from an AI or speech provider connected with your own API key are billed by that provider, not CharFab. Requests concerning those charges must be directed to the provider under its refund policy.
Before paid plans launch
Before accepting payment, CharFab will publish the applicable price and currency, billing period, included usage, delivery timing, cancellation process, refund eligibility, refund request method, and processing timeline. Those terms will be shown before purchase.
